How much does it cost to set up a company in Dubai?

Free Zone licences start from around AED 12,500 and Mainland from AED 18,900, plus visa costs of roughly AED 3,500–4,500 per person. Use the estimator above for an instant figure, or request an itemised quote.

How long does formation take?

Most Free Zone licences are issued in 3–5 working days. Mainland takes 7–10 days. Visas add 2–3 weeks. Some zones, such as Meydan, can issue a licence in under an hour.

Do I need to visit the UAE?

Not for the licence. Free Zone and Offshore companies can be formed entirely remotely. A visit is only required for visa stamping and biometrics, which we schedule for you.

Can I own 100% of my company?

Yes. All Free Zone and Offshore companies allow full foreign ownership, and since 2021 so do most Mainland commercial and industrial activities.

What about corporate tax?

The UAE applies 9% corporate tax on profits above AED 375,000. Qualifying Free Zone income remains at 0%. There is no personal income tax. We register you and file on your behalf.

Is a bank account guaranteed?

We prepare compliance-ready documentation and introduce you to the right bank for your profile. Our first-time approval rate is 98%, and our Scale package includes a guaranteed account.

How many visas can I get?

Free Zone quotas depend on your office type, typically 1–6 with a flexi-desk. Mainland visas scale with office size. Investor, employee and dependant visas are all available.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Every quote itemises government fees, our service fee and optional extras. What we quote is what you pay.
