Tenders & ICV

Supplier registration on federal and Dubai procurement portals, In-Country Value certification and bid support, so a new licence can compete for public contracts in its first quarter.

Overview

How we handle tenders & icv

Government and semi-government buyers in the UAE spend hundreds of billions of dirhams a year, and a growing share is reserved for registered SMEs. The barrier is not the tender itself. It is the months lost getting a supplier number, a valid ICV certificate and a compliant company profile before you can even see the opportunity.

We register you on the portals that matter for your activity, run the ICV process with an approved certifying body, and set up a weekly tender feed filtered to your capability. When a bid is worth pursuing, we help assemble the technical and commercial file.

FAQ

Common questions.

Still unsure? Browse the full FAQ

Can a brand-new company register as a government supplier?

Yes. Most portals require a valid licence, a bank account and a lease. Some categories ask for audited accounts after the first year, which we schedule into your compliance calendar.

What is an ICV certificate and do I need one?

In-Country Value measures how much of your spend stays in the UAE. It is mandatory for ADNOC group tenders and increasingly weighted by other buyers. A good score can be the difference between shortlisted and ignored.

Do you write the bids?

We manage compliance, structure and pricing review. Technical content comes from your team, and we edit it into the format evaluators expect.
