1. Who we are
INCorp8 Business Setup Services LLC ("INCorp8", "we", "us") is a business setup consultancy licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its office in Business Bay, Dubai. We are an independent consultancy and not a government entity, free zone authority or bank.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the current version.
3. Our services
We provide advisory and processing services related to company formation, licensing, residency visas, corporate banking introductions, accounting, tax, PRO services, trademark filings and office solutions in the UAE. The scope, fees and timeline of any engagement are set out in a written proposal or engagement letter, which takes precedence over these Terms where they differ.
4. Estimates and pricing
Figures shown on this website, including the cost estimator, are indicative and depend on your chosen jurisdiction, business activity, office type and visa requirements. Government and third-party fees are passed through at cost and may change without notice by the relevant authority. A binding quote is only the one contained in your written proposal.
5. Government approvals and timelines
Licences, visas, bank accounts and trademark registrations are granted at the discretion of the relevant authority or institution. We will prepare and submit your applications diligently, but we cannot guarantee approval or a specific processing time. Timelines quoted are based on our experience and current authority performance.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information and documents, to disclose any matter that could affect an application (including prior visa refusals, criminal records or sanctions exposure), and to respond to our requests in a timely way. Delays caused by missing or inaccurate information are outside our control.
7. Fees, payment and refunds
Our service fee is payable as set out in your proposal, typically 50% on engagement and 50% before licence issuance. Government fees are payable in advance. Service fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If an authority rejects an application for reasons unrelated to our work, government fees are refundable only to the extent the authority refunds them.
8. Banking introductions
Account opening decisions rest solely with the bank. Our role is to prepare your file and introduce you to suitable banks. Where a package states a "guaranteed" account, this means we will continue to place your application with alternative banks at no additional service fee until an account is opened, subject to you meeting each bank's eligibility criteria.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the service fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from decisions of government authorities, banks or other third parties.
10. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by INCorp8 or its licensors. You may not reproduce them without written permission. Trademarks and logos of free zones, government bodies and banks shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
