Office Solutions

Flexi-desks, serviced offices and Ejari-registered leases across Dubai, matched to your licence and visa quota.

Overview

How we handle office solutions

Your office determines two things: the number of visas your licence can carry and whether your Mainland licence can be issued at all. Free zones require at least a flexi-desk. Mainland companies need an Ejari-registered lease of a minimum size before the Department of Economy releases the licence.

We hold inventory with business centres and free zones across Dubai, from a AED 5,000 flexi-desk that unlocks 1 to 3 visas, to fitted serviced offices in DIFC, Business Bay and JLT with same-week move-in.

FAQ

Common questions.

Still unsure? Browse the full FAQ

How many visas does a flexi-desk give me?

Typically 1 to 3 depending on the free zone. Dedicated desks and offices increase the quota, usually 1 visa per 80–100 sq ft.

Do I need Ejari for a Free Zone company?

No. Ejari applies to Mainland leases. Free zones issue their own lease agreements.

Can I change office later?

Yes. Upgrading within the same zone is straightforward. Moving zones requires a licence amendment, which we handle.
