HR, Payroll & Emiratisation

MOHRE contracts, Wage Protection System payroll, Emiratisation planning and an HR framework that keeps a growing team compliant from the first hire.

Overview

How we handle hr, payroll & emiratisation

The UAE regulates employment closely: every Mainland contract is registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, salaries must run through the Wage Protection System, and companies above 50 staff carry Emiratisation quotas with monthly penalties for shortfalls. Free zones add their own rules on top.

We run payroll, register contracts, track leave and end-of-service liabilities and plan your Emirati hiring through the Nafis platform, so HR becomes a monthly report rather than a monthly scramble.

Does Emiratisation apply to my company?

Mainland companies with 50 or more skilled employees must increase Emirati headcount by 2% a year. Smaller companies in some sectors have a one-hire requirement. Free zone companies are currently exempt but many adopt targets voluntarily.

What is the Wage Protection System?

WPS is a Central Bank system that verifies salaries are paid in full and on time. Late or missing files lead to work-permit blocks, so payroll and WPS must be run together.

Can you handle staff across several entities?

Yes. We run consolidated payroll for groups with Mainland and free zone entities and report per licence.
