How it works

Two weeks, five parallel tracks.

The reason a company takes months elsewhere is that each step waits for the last. We run licensing, office, immigration, banking and tax side by side. Here is the actual plan we work from.

The first 14 days

What runs when.

A typical Free Zone file with two visas. Mainland adds three to five working days to the licensing track. Everything else stays the same.

    • Itemised estimate with government fees separated
    • Document checklist and a shared timeline

    What you receive
    • Initial approval certificate
    • Draft MOA and shareholder resolutions
    • Office option shortlisted to match visa quota
  3. Days 4–7

    • Immigration file and e-channel registration
    • Bank profile pre-checked with a relationship manager
  4. Days 8–14

    • Corporate account submitted or opened
    • Corporate tax registration filed
  5. Days 15–30

    • Supplier registrations submitted
    • First employee contracts on MOHRE

    • Trademark filed, ICV scoped if relevant
    • 90-day review and 12-month compliance calendar
  7. Ongoing

    The retainer relationship
